My approach sits between founder and leadership advisory, strategic sparring, and the psychology of growth. It draws on systems thinking, psychodynamics, and years of working closely with founders and leaders across different industries and stages of growth.
The work is not therapy. It is not generic coaching. It is not a leadership programme with a fixed curriculum.
We look at the moments where leadership becomes hard. Where someone does not take ownership. Where the conversation keeps being avoided. Where the leader steps back in because letting go feels riskier than staying involved. Where pressure is creating compliance rather than genuine performance.
