I created She Who Scales for founders whose business already works, but whose growth still depends too much on them.

My work sits at the intersection of business architecture, sales systems, and founder leadership. I help women redesign the structure behind their growth, so client movement becomes more intentional, more supported, and less dependent on constant founder force.

What I care about most is not adding more tactics to a business that is already under pressure. It's understanding what the business is actually asking for at this stage — where the sales system is too manual, where the founder is still carrying too much, and what needs to change for the business to scale more cleanly.

She Who Builds helps founders strengthen the business foundation. She Who Scales helps founders redesign the sales system behind growth once the business is already established.
Is this group coaching?
It is an intimate group program, but not generic coaching. The room is small by design, and the work is hands-on, strategic, and directly applied to each founder's business.
Will this be customized to my business?
Yes. Because the room is intimate, there is space for direct sparring and business-specific application throughout the program.
Do I need to be running ads already?
No. The bonus ads workshop is there to help you understand the tech and role of ads in a simple, usable way. It is not a requirement that ads are already part of your business.
