She Who Scales
A 10-week intimate group program for founders ready to build the sales system that makes the next stage of growth possible.
Next cohort — early September 2026
The business works. So why does growth feel this hard?
You have offers. You make money. You know how to sell — because you have been doing it, consistently, for long enough to have built something real.
But growth is still this dependent on you.
Sales happen when you are visible and pushing. Launches work when you pour your energy into them. The business moves when you move it — and quiets when you step back.
That is not a motivation problem. It is not a talent problem. It is not a sign that you need to work harder or try a different strategy.
It is a design problem.
The structure that built your business — founder-led momentum, personal selling, direct involvement in every stage of client movement — was exactly right for the building phase. That structure got you here.
The problem is that you are still running it. And what worked brilliantly to build the business is now creating strain as you try to scale it.
Every month you grow inside a manually-built sales system, the dependency gets more embedded. The business gets bigger. But it does not get lighter.
She Who Scales is for founders who are ready to change that. Not by working differently. By redesigning the system underneath the work — so growth becomes something the business creates, not just something you generate personally every month.
This is for you if
This is not about doing more. It is about building the system behind the growth you want.
Because once a business reaches a certain stage, the issue is no longer whether you can sell. The issue is whether the business is designed to support sales and growth well.
That is the work inside She Who Scales.
This is not for you if
She Who Scales is for founders whose business is already in motion and who are ready to build the online sales system behind the next stage of growth.
If you are not yet there, She Who Builds is where I would start with you instead.
What we actually do inside She Who Scales
This is not a program about sales tactics. It is about redesigning the architecture behind your growth — so the business becomes less manual, less founder-dependent, and more intentionally built for the next stage.
Over ten weeks, we work through four phases.
Most founder-dependent businesses have a customer journey that was never deliberately designed — it grew around whatever worked at the time. We map exactly how people currently move into your world, where movement is breaking down or leaking, and what needs to change so the path into your business becomes cleaner and more self-sustaining.
This is where most founders find their first major insight. The journey they thought was clear turns out to have gaps that are costing them significantly.
Growth creates new demands on your offer structure. What sold well when you were building may not scale cleanly — it may be creating delivery weight, attracting the wrong stage of client, or making it harder to grow without proportionally growing your own workload.
We look at whether your offers are structured to support the kind of growth you actually want — and what needs to change if they are not.
Visibility that sits disconnected from your sales system creates noise without movement. We look at how demand is currently being created in your business — what is intentional, what is accidental, and what needs to be redesigned so your front-end traffic feeds your sales system rather than running parallel to it.
Sales vehicles are the mechanisms that move people toward a decision — without you having to personally shepherd every conversion. Most manually-built businesses have weak or absent sales vehicles, which is why growth keeps depending on the founder.
We define, build, and strengthen the sales vehicles that are right for your business and your next stage — so the business does more of the conversion work, and you do less of it.
The format
She Who Scales is intentionally small. Four to six founders. That is the whole room.
Not as a marketing angle — because the work cannot be done properly at scale. What we do inside is not teach a framework and send you off to implement it. It is work directly on your business, in real time, with direct strategic input from Mia and the sharpened thinking of founders at the same stage.
That requires space. And space requires a small room.
Because the room is small, you also get something that larger programs cannot offer: the quality of thinking that comes from being around other founders who are genuinely close to your stage. Not people who want to be where you are. People who are already there — working through the same layer of growth, with enough similarity that their thinking sharpens yours.

What you will leave with
By the end of ten weeks, the business will be less dependent on you to create movement. Not because you worked harder inside it. Because the structure underneath it is better designed.
Investment
She Who Scales is an application-only program. Investment details are shared as part of the application process.
What I can tell you: this is a 10-week intimate group program with direct strategic input applied to your business. The room is capped at four to six founders. For founders whose business is ready for it, it is the most focused, highest-leverage work available at this stage.

At a certain point, growth stops being about doing more. It becomes about redesign. That is the work inside She Who Scales.
I created She Who Scales for a specific founder. Not someone who is struggling. Someone who has built something real — and is now running into the ceiling of the structure they built it on.
I have worked with enough founders at this stage to know what that ceiling looks and feels like. The launches that still take everything you have. The months that go quiet when you pull back. The growing sense that the business has become something you cannot actually step back from — because it needs you too much to keep moving.
My work sits at the intersection of business architecture, sales systems, and founder leadership. What I care about most is not adding more to an already pressured business — it is understanding what the business is actually asking for at this stage, and redesigning the structure that creates the strain.
She Who Scales is where that redesign happens.
Why application only
She Who Scales is not open enrollment. The room is small by design, and small rooms only work when the fit is right.
The founders inside need to be at a similar stage — businesses that already work, sales that already happen, growth that is already underway but still too founder-dependent. If the fit is off by one person, the whole room feels it.
The application tells me where your business is now, where growth is still too manual or too dependent on you, and what you want the next stage to look like. It takes about ten minutes.
If it is the right fit, you will hear from me directly with an invitation to join the cohort. If it is not — I will tell you that clearly, and point you toward what would actually serve your business better right now.

If your business already works — but growth still depends too much on you.
That dependency is not going to resolve on its own. Every month you grow inside the same structure, it gets more embedded. The business gets bigger. The founder-dependency gets more built in. And the redesign that would have taken ten weeks now takes longer — because there is more to unpick.
The founders who move through this stage most cleanly are the ones who address the structure while the business is strong — not after the weight of the dependency has made itself undeniable.
She Who Scales is where that work happens.
